Hello and welcome to our ordering page!!! We are so excited that you are here to create your own Custom Tumbler.  All items are made to order, and our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks due to the amount of orders that we have received. We are also a family that have full time carreers :). 

All of our cups are Hogg Stainless Steel products that are double walled., that come with a lid and a straw. These Cups will keep your beverage COLD for up to 24 hrs and HOT for up to 12 hrs.  All cups will also come with Care Instructions.  

When you place your order, please include in your notes, your contact information and as many details, to let us know what you would like for your Custom Tumbler. If you have any questions once your order is placed please feel free to contact me to discuss your details, or so I can answer any questions that you may have. Some of the colors, techniques and embellishments are shown in the examples of previously sold cups. Tumblers shown in example pics can be replicated but not all processes will create an exact copy. These are handmade, homemade items and slight variations will occur.

How to order:

1. Pick the style of cup that you would like from the shop "buy now" option.

2. Pick all the options you would like.

3. Place notes in the"Decal, Custom Wording, Name or Colors that you would like in the cup"

4. If you would like us to make this cup on a Tic-toc live.  Let is know this in the notes and we will set up a time for that. 

Note: You may pick as many colors as you wish.  Please keep in mind that we will do our best to keep colors separate but sometimes they will run together and make a color that you may not like (we call this MUD).  If this happens we can start over until you are completely satisfied. 

 We do not accept returns on custom made orders (unless received damaged).
